Job Title: Tooling Engineer - Cost Account Management

About the Role:
We're seeking a Tooling Engineer with expertise in Cost Account Management to help drive the development of advanced systems and technologies that shape the future. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that have a lasting impact across industries and generations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to coordinate tooling builds, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, costs, and schedules using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Develop and maintain 3D models and tooling designs to support engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the tooling lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align tooling strategies with program goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tooling design and development.
- Strong understanding of Cost Account Management and EVMS principles.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, NX).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with supplier management and procurement processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
