What You'll Do:

The Engineering Manager leads and coordinates technical teams to ensure the successful completion of engineering projects. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, mentoring engineers, ensuring design quality, and aligning engineering activities with organizational goals.



Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.
  • Review and approve product designs and design changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering with business objectives.
  • Enhance team performance through process improvements, best practices, and training.
  • Provide technical and strategic leadership in solving complex problems.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline (required) or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 4+ years of progressive engineering experience managing mid to large-scale projects.
  • 4+ years in a managerial role within an engineering environment.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, execution, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration.
