Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in tooling and industrial equipment procurement and installation. This role will lead end-to-end project execution for new equipment installations, upgrades, and tooling projects, ensuring alignment with production requirements, budget, and timeline.



Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & ExecutionDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for tooling and equipment projects.Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, and suppliers.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Procurement & Vendor ManagementSource and evaluate suppliers for tooling and industrial equipment.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.Manage vendor relationships and oversee compliance with specifications and quality standards.Installation & CommissioningOversee installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial equipment and tooling.Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements during installation.Validate equipment performance and handover to operations.Budget & ReportingTrack project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and management.Drive continuous improvement in project execution and cost efficiency.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.Proven expertise in tooling and industrial equipment procurement and installation.Skills:Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment specifications.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, or similar).Strong communication and leadership abilities.Preferred: PMP or equivalent project management certification.Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
