Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and curriculum for test preparation with a focus on Statics.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions focused on improving students' understanding of key concepts in Statics.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure comprehension and retention of material.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Engage with students to build confidence and motivation in their academic pursuits.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching with a focus on test preparation.
- Familiarity with learning technologies that facilitate effective teaching.
- Experience working with children or adults in an educational setting; experience in special education is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills for utilizing educational software and online resources.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse learners.
