About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect, who plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing the overarching architecture of an organization's information technology systems and solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen to align technology initiatives with business objectives, optimize processes, and drive innovation. The Enterprise Architect collaborates closely with our stakeholders across various departments to develop and maintain an integrated, scalable, and efficient technology landscape.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Architectural Best Practices:
- Apply architectural best practices across a range of technologies to solve organizational problems.
- Articulate views and roadmaps for future development.
- Understand the interaction between infrastructure, operations, and development.
- Business and Industry Fundamentals:
- Articulate business and industry fundamentals (e.g., ROI, TCO, cost-benefit analysis).
- Understand regulations and operational excellence.
- Stay familiar with business strategy and trends in the IT industry (e.g., CI/CD, Migration, AI).
- Enterprise Architecture:
- Design solutions across various industries and business domains.
- Build deep relationships with decision-makers within customer accounts to enable them to be Cloud advocates.
- Ensure success in modernizing and migrating infrastructure, applications, software, and services onto the AWS platform.
- Lead modernization and migration programs between on-prem environments to Cloud, Cloud to Any Cloud platforms, and hybrid-cloud implementations.
- Repeatable Mechanisms and Solutions:
- Build repeatable mechanisms, architectures, solutions, and playbooks to enable faster, cheaper, predictable, and risk-free modernizations and migrations to AWS.
- Work with customers to build a strong understanding of their existing technology landscape.
- Comprehensive Cloud Architecture:
- Develop a comprehensive cloud architecture that encompasses multiple cloud offerings across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
- Define the assessment strategy and oversee the assessment effort across customers through in-depth assessment questionnaires, workshops, and immersion days.
- Application and Cloud Platform Requirements:
- Analyze existing business applications and Cloud platform requirements.
- Ensure that functional, technical, and application migration and modernization changes adhere to global technology standards.
- Enterprise Architecture Consistency:
- Partner with other technical architects within the company to ensure consistency for Enterprise Architecture processes and practices.
- Overall Application Architecture:
- Focus on the overall application architecture within the enterprise, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
- Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-wide application solutions.
- Ensure integration and interoperability between various applications and systems within the organization.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide an overall view on different tracks of the program and arrive at a value proposition.
- Technologies:
- Work with a variety of technologies and platforms, not limited to a single cloud provider.
Who you are:
- Minimum 14 years of Application Development/ Solution experience.
- Familiar with relevant (geographical, industry domain etc.) data privacy and compliance requirements.
- Experience of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman.
- Experience with a software professional services or consulting firm, including proven ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical customers alike.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and reliable IT systems and solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and emerging trends in IT.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
