Job Title : Enterprise Architect
Location : New Jersey / New York

Rate $59/hr W2 and $73/hr. C2C.

 Purpose:

The Business and Enterprise Architect aligns organizational business goals and strategies with technology solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, security, and interoperability across various functional areas and systems. This role bridges the gap between business strategies and enterprise technology solutions, driving innovation and achieving organizational objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Business Capability (BC) landscape.
  • Conduct BC landscape assessments to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Define and document the Business Architecture framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise systems.
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies across functional areas.
  • Provide strategic advice on technology investments and contribute to product vision.
  • Lead the development of roadmaps and blueprints for enterprise systems, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
  • Lead transformation initiative to modernize the technology landscape.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Clinical development domain knowledge and expertise in business capability modeling.
  • Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Experience in assessing business area and recommend tools and tech needed.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their impact on business and IT landscapes.

  • Comprehensive BC landscape tailored for various personas.
  • Assess Business capabilities and recommend gaps and opportunities.
  • Recommend roadmap and transition / future state architecture to drive transformations.
  • Detailed Product Business Architecture documentation.
  • Alignment of business and technology roadmaps.
  • Thorough assessments of tools and technologies.

 Key Interactions:

  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Business Solution Partners (BSP), Domain Leads, the Global Development Leadership Team (GDS LT), and other departmental Enterprise Architects.
