  • 84 Months of experience in managing large-scale IT projects, such as enterprise-wide system implementations, with a strong emphasis on application architecture and development in languages like Java, .NET and Cobol.

  • 84 Months of Software development experience in Cobol, Java, or .NET technologies.

  • 84 Months experience in project coordination, specializing in leading technology or common service teams for significant projects within state or government financial organizations.

  • 84 Months of experience with IBM software which includes WebSphere Application Server(WAS),COBOL, IBM DB2, IBM MQSeries, JCL, and IBM DataStage).

  • 84 Months in leading continuity of operations programs and disaster recovery plans, particularly in high-stakes, large-scale operational environments.

Detailed Job Description: This position will be in support of the NYS Tax Modernization Program for the non-strategic application remediation initiative. This consists of more than 200+ applications which must be rearchitected, designed and developed using a strategic direction. This position requires an expert level candidate to lead the architecting and solutioning of this initiative.
