Job Details
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in managing large-scale IT or enterprise system programs.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS) and business process transformation.
- Experience with legacy system modernization and integration of ERP, GIS, and asset tracking systems.
- Experience with technologies such as SharePoint, ESRI GIS, and SQL-based systems.
- Experience with multi-system integration efforts, including Transportation asset, LRS, and GIS platforms.
- Experience with program management certifications (PMP, PgMP) or equivalent.
- Experience with Groovy/Java scripting and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of a modern, integrated Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) program.
- Manage multiple workstreams across core functional areas including Pavement, Maintenance, and GIS.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, implementation timelines, and resource plans.
- Ensure smooth integration with existing enterprise systems such as ERP, GIS, and LRS.
- Collaborate with departments to refine asset management processes and promote standardization.
- Identify, assess, and manage program risks and lead change management efforts.
- Manage external consultants and solution providers, ensuring contract compliance and timely delivery.
