Work location: Dallas, TX/LA, CA/Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12 plus months contract with possible extension
Position Summary
An Enterprise Solutions Architect (ESA) plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and delivering complex technology solutions. They act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that enterprise systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment
- Align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Define how platforms such as cloud, data, and AI can enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
Systems Design at Scale
- Design large-scale, enterprise-wide systems spanning databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and security layers.
- Develop blueprints and architectural roadmaps to ensure systems work seamlessly together.
Technology Evaluation
- Assess tools and platforms (e.g., AWS vs. Azure, Salesforce vs. custom CRM, microservices vs. monolith).
- Recommend the right-fit solutions balancing scalability, security, cost, and maintainability.
Integration
- Architect smooth interoperability across diverse systems—legacy applications, SaaS, databases, and mobile platforms.
- Leverage APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures for efficient integration.
Governance & Standards
- Define and enforce enterprise standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Partner with executives, engineers, and product managers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Future-Proofing
- Anticipate emerging technologies and trends to evolve enterprise architecture.
- Lead modernization efforts such as cloud-native adoption and AI/ML-driven innovation.
