Role: Enterprise System Engineer IAM
Location: Baltimore, MD - (Hybrid - 4 days Remote 1 day onsite)-

Key Skills: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, Azure AD, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, Cloud Security, Systems Engineering

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including authentication, authorization, and federation protocols.
• Knowledge of cloud security controls and the ability to strengthen hybrid cloud security posture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Sentinel SIEM for migrating log sources, integrating security products, and enhancing centralized monitoring/response.
• Solid background in systems engineering, troubleshooting, and security hardening.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including security technicians and architects.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Advance and maintain the organization's IAM program across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Strengthen hybrid cloud security posture across Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Work closely with security teams to improve cloud security controls and streamline monitoring.
• Lead the migration of existing security products and log sources into Microsoft Sentinel SIEM.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain cloud identity and security frameworks to ensure compliance and resiliency.
• Provide technical guidance on security standards, policies, and IAM best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to IAM, authentication, access provisioning, and hybrid integration.
• Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring proper security configurations.
• Document architecture, processes, and IAM frameworks to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
