Job Title: Enterprise Tools & Automation Developer
Duration: 12 months Contract with possible extension
Location: Mossville, IL Onsite role
Position's Contributions to Work Group: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise Tools & Automation Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Tool Design & Planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Design tool layouts, workflows, and user interfaces aligned with organizational needs.
- Create mockups and proof-of-concepts (POCs) for proposed solutions.
Development & Integration
- Build and customize applications using Power Apps, automate processes with Power Automate, and develop dashboards in Power BI.
- Configure and manage SharePoint Lists for data storage and collaboration.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and tools.
Testing & Deployment
- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Deploy tools into production environments and provide post-deployment support.
User Engagement & Support
- Facilitate user testing sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
Interaction with team: Regular project update meetings, Facilitate daily standup's, Sprint planning, Retrospectives, and regular communication on project status. MS Teams, Email
Work Environment: Full-time on site- 5 days in office
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years' experience, in developing solutions using Power Platform or similar tools.
Technical Skills
Top skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Lists).
- Experience with data modeling, workflows, and UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with integration of enterprise tools and APIs.
- Basic understanding of SQL, DAX, and scripting languages is a plus.
