Title: Entry-Level Wireless Test Technician (Morning Shift)
Location: Fremont, CA
Duration: 3- 4 Months
Rate: Open, and commensurate with experience

Position Overview:
Our client is looking for an Entry-Level Wireless Test Technician candidate for SAR, RF, and mmWave testing in a state-of-the-art lab environment. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced wireless testing equipment and automation tools. Morning shift availability is required.

Shift Details:

  • SAR Testing: 6 AM 6 PM, 6 days/week (3 Months)
  • RF Testing: 4:30 AM 4:30 PM, 5 days/week (3 Months)
  • mmWave Testing: 4:30 AM 4:30 PM, 3 4 days/week during peak season (4 Months)
  • Training Period for mmWave: Flexible morning shifts (8 AM 12 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor wireless device tests using lab equipment.
  • Record, interpret, and report test results.
  • Follow defined test plans and procedures accurately.
  • Communicate with engineering teams and customers as required.
  • Learn and apply technical skills in a collaborative lab setting.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.
  • Indefinite right to work in the U.S.
  • No prior experience required-comprehensive training provided.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Fremont, CA (relocation not provided).
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from Fremont office
