Description

We are looking for an experienced Epicor Administrator to join our team in New Haven County, Connecticut. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and optimization of Epicor ERP system to ensure seamless operations and enhanced system performance. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the Epicor ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Manage system upgrades and transitions to Epicor Cloud, including planning and implementation.

Collaborate with vendors to address system-related issues and coordinate necessary updates.

Monitor system usage and troubleshoot technical problems to minimize downtime.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the functionality of Epicor Kinetic.

Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of Epicor tools.

Document system changes and maintain accurate records for future reference.

Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance within the ERP system.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align ERP processes with business goals.

Stay updated on Epicor developments to recommend new features and improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience with Epicor ERP systems, particularly Epicor Kinetic and Epicor Cloud.
Strong knowledge of system maintenance, upgrades, and optimization.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate technical support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively train and support users.
Familiarity with ERP data management and compliance standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
