Title : Epicor Functional Lead

Location : 3+ Months contract

Location : Bristol, Pennsylvania

Our client is seeking an experienced Epicor Functional Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash and Epicor Manufacturing processes. The consultant will engage in the initial assessment and stabilization of Epicor operations, optimize system usage, and work closely with site functional leads to ensure consistent and reliable business processes. This Epicor instance has been live for six months and our client is looking for a Sr. level consultant to help shape the future state of Epicor at this initial site in Bristol PA and overall best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Work under the guidance of IT leadership and the business teams to assess and stabilize current Epicor operations.

Partner with site functional leads to resolve system and process issues within order-to-cash and manufacturing workflows.

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in Epicor usage, providing quick wins and actionable solutions.

Configure and optimize Epicor processes to support business operations and integrate new reporting and data analytics best practices.

Develop practical documentation and light Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enable ongoing operational consistency and organic process improvements.

Mentor and coach functional leads, transferring system knowledge to build long-term internal capability.

Provide regular updates and recommendations to Client IT leadership throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

5+ years as an Epicor Functional Lead with hands-on functional knowledge of order-to-cash modules and manufacturing areas like managing work orders and scheduling.

Experience with Epicor Data Discovery and Epicor Data Analytics (Phocas).

Experience optimizing Epicor in medium to large manufacturing companies to drive operational improvements.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly stabilize business-critical processes.

Experience as an Epicor trainer for Super Users on functional capabilities.

Effective communicator with the ability to partner closely with site functional leads, business leaders and IT leadership.

Prior consulting experience required in a similar role and with a similar organization.
