Equipment Automation Engineer

GyanSys is looking for an Equipment Automation Engineer for its direct client in Santa Clara, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Equipment Automation (EA) solution, integrated with other key factory and business systems.
• Support EA solution and help set up an offshore support model in APAC.
• Guide the team to navigate issues and partner with teams beyond EA including MES and Tool software teams.
• Coordinate with customer s systems administration and IT teams on deploying, configuring, developing and deploying EA solutions.
• Present technical information to customers including technical contributors and managers.
• Improve operations through continuous improvement standards such as: 8D, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5-Whys.
  

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience working in semiconductors or Solar or Display or PCB manufacturing as equipment automation developer is required.
• Familiar with SECS/GEM protocol and SEMI automation standards.
• Experience working with other factory automation and business systems such as MES, Recipe Management (RMS), and Advanced Process Control (APC).
• Working proficiency using visual studio, C#, .Net, databases and use of SQL
  BS or MS degree in engineering field
