Excel Macro & Smartsheet Developer (Remote)

We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is a REMOTE position.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Excel Macro and Smartsheet Developer to support automation, workflow optimization, and reporting needs. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both Excel Macros (VBA) and Smartsheet, with hands-on experience building automated solutions, dashboards, and process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, modify, and maintain Excel Macros (VBA) to automate reporting and data processes.
  • Build and enhance Smartsheet dashboards, formulas, workflows, and automated processes.
  • Integrate Excel and Smartsheet data for streamlined reporting.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing tools for performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Excel Macros (VBA).
  • Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet (dashboards, workflows, formulas, automation).
  • Ability to analyze processes and propose automation opportunities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Other Job Details:

    • Location: Remote
    • Duration: 6 months Minimum. High possibility of extension.
    • Pay Rate: $50/hr. W2 OR $60/hr. C2C.
    • Docs required: ID proof will be required.
