Type: Interim / Fractional | Contract
Location: Torrance, CA preferred, open to remote candidates
<>Role Summary</>
Seeking an executive-level advisor to guide Oracle ERP/HCM strategy. Recently went live with Oracle ERP; HCM implementation targeted for Summer 2026. Immediate priorities:
- Assess current HCM systems
- Decide what moves to Oracle vs stays in existing platforms
- Recommend in-house vs outsourced Oracle support
- Help select implementation partner
<>Key Responsibilities</>
- Evaluate current state and advise on roadmap
- Ensure compliance for government-related timecard requirements
- Provide strategic recommendations for Oracle adoption
<>Must-Haves</>
- Strong Oracle implementation experience (ERP & HCM)
- Deep HCM expertise and leadership background
- Knowledge of government or supply chain environments
