E.L. Harvey & Sonshasimmediateopening fora Experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our GROWING team at our site inWestborough, MA.

Schedule:Monday - Friday 3pm start time / 50 to 55 hours per week / Saturday's as needed.

Pay Rate:$28.00+ per hour (dependent on experience)

• Perform repairs and inspections,safetychecks, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, engine, suspension, brake and air systems on diesel vehicles.

• Utilize vehicle computerelectrical systemsto interpretfailure modesto identify and adjust Engine and Vehicle Control modules

• Respond to road calls foremergency repairs

• Reviewing, completing or assigning repairs identified on driverVehicle InspectionReports.

• Completing requiredpaperworkutilizingfleet maintenancesoftware programs.

• Testdriving trucksafter services and repairs

• Helping other team members with repairs as needed

• Having professional and courteous interactions with our drivers when needed.

• Maintains a clean, safe work area incompliancewith corporate and OSHA standards.

• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What we need from you:

• Valid Driver's Licensewith Clean Driving Record

• Must have proven experience as adiesel mechanic, with strong knowledge of diesel engines, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures for heavy-duty trucks.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to adapt to a wide variety of environments to complete work assignments

• WasteIndustry experience preferred!
