Job Details
OneSparQ is looking for a Field Technician to service the Savannah, GA area.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot/repair various low voltage systems such as fire alarms, intrusion alarm, security systems, access control systems, video surveillance systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair system and equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure job completion on schedule.
- Document all work performed, materials used, and system updates.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while on-site.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on field experience with low voltage, fire systems, access control, AV systems, intrusion, and video surveillance systems
- Familiar with troubleshooting/repairing systems and equipment listed above
- Must be able to work independently on-site and interact professionally with customers
- Valid driver s license and clean driving record
Additional Skills:
- Programming experience
- Level 1 or level 2 EAS certification
