Title: Finance / Procurement Program Manager
Location: Fully remote (candidates may work in their local time zone)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Team & Role
CCO supports our client's Components business by driving world-class silicon and optical operations through portfolio management, process improvement, and digital transformation.
This role supports the Finance & Procurement portfolio, owning a small set of active initiatives along with ongoing run-the-business work. The emphasis is on business partnership, stakeholder communication, and steady program progression, rather than high-volume delivery or hands-on execution. You'll partner closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and internal CCO teams, ensuring initiatives stay on track, risks are surfaced early, and leadership has clear visibility into priorities and progress.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Program and/or Portfolio Management experience
  • Experience partnering with Finance and/or Procurement organizations
  • Semiconductor industry experience
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to manage programs from planning through execution within a PMO framework
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
  • High degree of autonomy, organization, and accountability
Nice to Have
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
  • Exposure to Sales Operations or Go-to-Market processes
  • Salesforce and/or Oracle Cloud experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Manage the Finance & Procurement portfolio within CCO
  • Execute programs aligned to defined scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive run-the-business activities (enhancements, fixes, follow-ups)
  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Lead change management and stakeholder communications
  • Facilitate monthly stakeholder meetings and reporting cadences
  • Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain portfolio-level status reporting and performance metrics
