Basic Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) experience
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance or Economics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
  • Experience with SAP for Analysis/Planning
  • Ability to adapt in a high-paced environment

Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, you will be accountable for financial reporting and planning for the Branchburg site scorecard. You will collaborate closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate forecasts, strategic planning, and actionable financial insights.
Key Duties:

  • Prepare and deliver management reporting for Site Leadership, Manufacturing Finance, and the Site Finance Leader.
  • Lead FP&A activities including forecasts, business plan, and strategic plan cycles.
  • Communicate drivers behind reporting variances through clear presentations and financial reports.
  • Provide financial support for all site departments (30+ cost centers) including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Facilities, and Global Services.
  • Partner with department leaders to develop forecasts, business plans, and variance analysis, and provide updated financial outlooks based on trends.
  • Own and manage Local Capital financial processes for 50 100 annual capital projects, including business case documentation, approvals, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Corporate Capital teams on quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting, and timely project closeouts.
  • Maintain accountability for all fixed assets on site, ensuring accurate records of additions, disposals, relocations, and annual inventory of assets.
  • Act as the central point of contact for financial reporting systems, including hierarchy management, data consolidation, and validation for planning cycles.
  • Partner with HR leadership to plan, analyze, and report on Compensation & Benefits expenses.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis, internal/external audits, and month-end close activities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes.
