Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and prepare financial models for decision support.
Forecast future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and budgets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for reporting and analysis.
Collaborate with various departments to collect relevant data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
Conduct business case analysis for new projects, investments, and strategies.
Provide recommendations for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of board presentations, investor materials, and management reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or budgeting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA, CFA, or CPA certification (or working towards one).
Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, tech, banking].
Working knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence tools.
