Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic business decisions through accurate financial forecasting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements, market trends, and company performance.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

• Monitor key financial metrics and variance analysis against budgets.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

• Assist in financial planning, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.

• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Present financial information and insights to senior management.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.

• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

• Experience with financial software and databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
