Job Details
we re seeking a Financial Business Analyst for one of our staffing partner's clients who can bridge the gap between finance and analytics leveraging BI tools to uncover insights, optimize performance, and support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and KPIs across departments
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with data-driven insights
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across financial systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Familiarity with DAX, Python, or R for advanced analytics
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processe
