Title: Financial Planning Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Financial Planning Analyst who can support advisors in creating accurate and high-quality financial plans. The ideal candidate must be an expert in eMoney and able to contribute immediately without training. This role serves as a key connection between advisors and consultants by managing data entry, coordinating workflows, and ensuring the smooth delivery of financial planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage client financial data in platforms such as eMoney, RightCapital, or MoneyGuide Elite.
- Assist with financial plan creation, scenario development, and basic plan analysis to support client goals.
- Coordinate workflows between advisors, planners, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of financial plans.
- Communicate plan progress, track updates, and follow up with advisors regarding missing or incorrect information (NIGO issues).
- Prepare financial planning reports, presentation materials, and client deliverables.
- Support advisor onboarding, plan renewals, and ensure they follow process steps effectively.
- Research and recommend process improvements or software workflow enhancements.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy in all client records.
- Work closely with consultants to support upcoming commitments and client needs.
- Promote efficiency and profitability in advisors' financial planning practices while following the MassMutual Way.
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level knowledge of eMoney and currently using it in a professional setting (plug-and-play readiness).
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in financial services or a related field.
- Series 7 license at the time of application.
