Fire Sprinkler Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings according to NFPA standards and local building codes.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems and associated equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on fire sprinkler systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation specifications and requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding fire protection systems.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience in fire sprinkler design
  • Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards
  • NICET certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
