Boeing Commercial Airplanes Supply Chain is seeking a First Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to join our PSC (Propulsion South Carolina) team in North Charleston, SC. This is a variable shift position.
You will be responsible for helping to develop and execute manufacturing operations & strategy, ensuring technical & customer requirements are achieved, and aligning authority and responsibility of support functions with all groups (Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, etc.).

- Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships/partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, leads, coaches, develops and motivates employees
- Promotes employee engagement and enhances company and team culture
- Collaborates and works with various teams to execute to safety, quality, delivery, and cost commitments using the Boeing Production system
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience leading or managing others
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Willingness to work any shift based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Boeing Production System (BPS) (or relevant production system) knowledge/experience
- Self-motivated, works well independently
- Ability to create a cohesive and engaged team
- Experience motivating and influencing others to act, innovate, and achieve goals
- Aerospace related experience (MRO, 737 Max, and 787 Engine Build Up)
