Job Title: Fleet Data Analyst - JSF LiftSystem

Working Pattern: Fulltime
Working location: Indianapolis, IN

As a Fleet Data Systems Analyst for Rolls-Royce's JSF LiftSystem program, you'll be a part of an integrated team working to find solutions for complex data management and analysis needs in support of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.

What you will be doing:

With this attractive opportunity you will be at the forefront of the LiftSystem program's Integrated Logistics Support capability working with data from multiple sources and providing unique analysis to support business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Be a subject matter expert for data path sourcing and knowledge transformation to support Fleet Data Management
  • Provide analysis and metrics development for both process and business-level KPIs
  • Identify capability improvements to business process reporting, data collection and tool/software development to include automation options
  • Leverage industry best practices and tools in the backend/frontend ecosystem and utilize on applicable projects
  • Develop documentation, user guides, and work instructions to support overall process execution

Basic Requirements:
  • Associates degree in STEM with 4+ years of experience in Engineering, Data Science or Informatics OR;
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience in Engineering, Data Science or Informatics OR;
  • Master's degree in STEM, OR;
  • JD/PhD

Preferred Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience in Maximo environment
  • Experience Business Process Mapping
  • Familiarity with SQL and Python
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Understanding of data analytics best practices
  • Demonstrable project management skills and basic leadership skills
