Job Details

  • 5+ Year of IT experience in ERP Systems.
  • Experience with Friedman Frontier ERP systems.
  • Experience in ERP software in AS400.
  • Experience in MFG Supply Chain Operations and Order Management.
  • Experience in IBMi AS400, RPG, COBOL, DB2, SQL,Mainframes (DB2, Cobol).
  • Proven experience in IT support, application support, or a similar role.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong technical understanding of software applications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks preferred.
