About Us
Trillions of dollars move through the OTC derivatives market every day on infrastructure that hasn't meaningfully evolved in decades. We're building the next generation platform for institutional financial markets.

Our team comes from trading, quant, and engineering roles at top-tier financial institutions, where we built and operated some of the most advanced systems in the industry. Today, we're focused on creating modern infrastructure capable of processing the most complex transactions across global markets-built with a clean UX, a modern cloud stack, and an AI-native architecture.

Our clients include leading banks, hedge funds, and asset managers. The problems are deeply technical, the scale is enormous, and the systems we're building will shape how this market operates for years to come.
Tech Stack
  • Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Redux
  • Backend: Python & Java microservices, MongoDB
  • Infrastructure: AWS, serverless by design
  • Tooling: Fully automated SDLC with continuous intraday deployments
About the Role
You'll take meaningful ownership of the UI layer, helping define and deliver a best-in-class user experience for institutional finance users. This is a hands-on role focused on building highly interactive, data-dense interfaces, influencing frontend architecture, and scaling a growing codebase.

This role offers real ownership-not just tickets-with the ability to shape technical direction, introduce best practices, and grow toward technical leadership.
What You'll Do
  • Own major areas of the frontend and influence technical direction
  • Design and build complex, data-rich interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams
  • Build reusable component systems and scalable UI patterns
  • Integrate APIs and manage complex data flows and edge cases
  • Champion performance, accessibility, and frontend best practices
  • Drive code reviews and architectural discussions
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional frontend experience
  • In-person role based in NYC
  • Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and state management
  • Comfortable taking technical ownership and making product-impacting decisions
  • Solid foundation in UI architecture, performance, and modern component patterns
  • Experience integrating APIs and handling async data
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Bonus
  • Experience with SSR/SSG in Next.js
  • Familiarity with MongoDB or distributed data models
  • Automated UI testing (RTL, Jest, Cypress)
  • Enterprise UX patterns and permissioned systems
  • Comfort using AI coding tools in daily workflows
  • Interest in data visualization or complex modeling
  • Familiarity with financial products, especially derivatives
