Role: Desktop support
Location: Remote
- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Resolve escalated technical issues for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Image, deploy, and maintain endpoint equipment across the organization.
- Configure and support office peripherals and collaboration tools.
- Assist with basic network and server issue diagnosis.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and provide user training.
