About the Role

We are seeking a skilled developer with deep expertise in Angular and a strong background in C# backend development to help evolve and scale this platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Angular-based single-page applications (SPAs) and complex MVC structures.
- Build and optimize backend services using C# and .NET frameworks.
- Develop and integrate APIs to support file processing and reconciliation workflows.
- Work with MS SQL to design schemas, write queries, and optimize database performance.
- Implement asynchronous and parallel processing techniques to ensure scalability and resilience.
- Debug, profile, and optimize code to improve system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IAM specialists, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Contribute to system monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Falcon's file processing engine.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions) for building scalable UIs.
- Solid experience with C#/.NET backend development.
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
- Proven ability to deliver SPAs and complex MVC-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with API design and integration (RESTful services).
- Knowledge of asynchronous and parallel programming patterns.
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and reconciliation workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
