Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer - Intermediate to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. This role involves working on cutting-edge data privacy products, leveraging Java Spring Boot, AWS, and other modern technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, hands-on coding experience, and a passion for solving complex business problems through innovative engineering practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team leads to ensure adherence to organizational standards and continuous improvement.
• Participate in agile team meetings and contribute to the development process.
• Employ simple design and pragmatic implementation techniques to deliver business value.
• Pair program with team members to build high-quality solutions.
• Adopt a quality-first mindset with a focus on unit testing and TDD.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions using core Java and Spring Framework.
• Design and build robust systems using Kafka for real-time event processing and storage solutions.
• Work collaboratively with data privacy stakeholders to understand and implement consumer privacy requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an Application Developer.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
• Experience with AWS services such as ECS, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Proficiency in SQL and ORM frameworks like JPA.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Maven, GIT, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Kafka, AI/ML concepts, and UI frameworks like React or Angular is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Pay Range: $55/hr - $70/hr
