About the Role

Walmart is looking for talented Full Stack Developers to join our technology team. You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling enterprise-grade applications using React, GraphQL, Java, Spring Boot, and Cloud technologies. Depending on experience, you may contribute as an individual developer or a technical leader driving architecture and best practices.

Experience Levels

• Mid-Level: 5 8 years of experience
• Senior-Level: 9 12 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable full stack applications.
• Build and maintain front-end components (React, GraphQL) and back-end services (Java, Spring Boot).
• Develop and integrate cloud-native solutions on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product managers, and QA.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality standards.
• (Senior-Level) Mentor junior developers and participate in architectural decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in React.js with state management and component lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL for API development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging frameworks.
• Leadership or team mentoring experience (for senior profiles).
