Full Stack Developer

M9 Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to workon a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC.An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, debug, and advance the features of the production system by working effectively.
• Use Git source control, Jira ticketing for bugs and features, and documentation development on Confluence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Work Authorization: ship is required.
• An active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or related field, or and additional 3+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• AWS certified developer associate is required.
• 3+ years in Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, and React experience or certifications.
• 1+ years of experience with Material UI.
• Experience with the Java Hibernate object relational mapper.
• Experience with software testing to include unit testing and the use of testing frameworks on both the backend and frontend.
• Experience in Java, Hibernate, AWS (S3, API Gateway, Lambda, RDS, EC2, ECS), PostgreSQL, JavaScript, React, Material UI, Python, Linux Shell Commands, Docker, Nginx, Agile/Scrum Process, Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Git, and GitHub/GitLab.
• Knowledge of both the backend and frontend architectures of the product under development.
• Ability to be flexible to changes in the technology stack and to learn new skills independently as the needs of the product change over time.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Familiarity and experience with the intelligence community and the intel cycle.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in backlog management, including Epic, Feature, User Story development, and refinement.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with team members.

• M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
