Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java/React) to join a high-performance engineering team that designs and delivers mission-critical cybersecurity and application solutions. This role involves building advanced software systems, enhancing an industry-leading Encryptor Management platform, and working with modern development tools and frameworks. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical leadership, the ability to work independently, and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications.

  • Contribute to a cross-functional team developing mission-critical Cybersecurity Manager applications.

  • Enhance and optimize the Encryptor Management product line through modern technologies and frameworks.

  • Develop backend services using Java, Enterprise Java, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies.

  • Build modern, interactive front-end interfaces using React and JavaScript frameworks.

  • Implement and integrate REST APIs and RESTCONF Interfaces.

  • Apply secure coding practices and contribute to security-focused development and architecture.

  • Collaborate in Agile development teams; participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Define scope, schedule, and deliverables for assigned development work with minimal guidance.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical leadership across project teams.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

  • 5+ years of experience in software development (or Master’s with 3+ years).

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance at time of hire.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in:

    • Java, Enterprise Java, Java Beans

    • React, JavaScript

    • Spring, Hibernate

    • SQL and PostgreSQL

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.

  • Ability to understand complex systems and quickly learn new technologies.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with:

    • Wildfly Application Server

    • REST APIs and RESTCONF

    • Material UI (MUI)

    • Application security concepts and secure coding

    • Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates

    • SNMP

  • Demonstrated ability to lead tasks, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical direction.

  • Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work with limited supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $127,241 – $134,000

Work Environment
