Functional Analyst-Salesforce

We are seeking an experienced Functional Salesforce Analyst to support business transformation initiatives through effective requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct client and end-user interviews, workshops, focus groups, and observations
• Develop detailed journey maps outlining current-state and future-state processes
• Identify, document, and summarize process pain points and gaps
• Collaborate closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify feasible technical solutions
• Own end-to-end requirements development for future Salesforce solution builds
• Facilitate requirement review sessions with client stakeholders and obtain approvals
• Act as the voice of the business during sprint development, providing clear business direction and clarification to development teams
• Support agile delivery by participating in sprint ceremonies and ongoing requirement refinement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Requirements Collection and Management (Intermediate level)
• Salesforce knowledge at a foundational level
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams
