Job Details

ITSAC Job Title: Project Lead III
Service Term Expected: 12-month duration
Work hours and Location: 8AM 5PM, 6230 E Stassney Ln, Austin, TX 78744
Onsite 4 to 5 days local to Austin, TX

Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in business analysis, GIS solutions, and/or Agile project delivery, including leading or coordinating project teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Handson experience with Azure DevOps for project management, including user stories, bugs, tasks, test cases, boards, and dashboards.
Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, applying Agile principles and frameworks.
Esri and Technical Skills
Proficient with Esri ArcGIS platform, including:
ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro, ArcCatalog).
ArcGIS Server and ArcSDE, including configuration, troubleshooting, and map service publishing, tuning, and monitoring.
Experience with Esri APIs and scripting tools, including:
ArcGIS REST API.
ArcGIS API for Python.
ArcPy for geoprocessing and automation.
Experience with version control systems such as Azure DevOps Git and/or Git repositories for source and configuration management.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a GIS Business Analyst or Scrum Master on largescale Esri ArcGIS implementations in transportation or publicsector environments.
Formal Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) or GISrelated certifications are a plus.
