GTS - US Entity - Business Analyst

Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence for story writing and backlog management.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst (BA) to join our Product team in support of a pilot program with VibeIQ. This role will focus on enabling the success of the pilot through structured data entry, story grooming and writing, cross-functional coordination, and
pilot tracking. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable bridging the gap between business users, technical teams, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Validation

* Support structured and accurate entry of imagery and/or metadata into VibeIQ.
* Ensure consistency, completeness, and quality of data across the pilot scope.
* Liaise with business and product stakeholders to gather missing or ambiguous information.

Story Writing & Grooming
* Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules based on requirements from product leads and business stakeholders.
* Help maintain and prioritize the backlog in alignment with the product roadmap.
* Participate in grooming sessions and translate feedback into story updates.

Pilot Execution Support
* Track pilot goals, metrics, and user feedback.
* Support preparation of demos, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
* Partner closely with the VibeIQ team,Client's Tech team, and end users to triage and resolve issues.

Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations.
* Facilitate documentation of workflows, process maps, and training materials as needed.

Ideal Qualifications
* 8-10 years experience in a Business Analyst or similar role in a product or technology team.
* Familiarity with data-centric tools and digital product workflows; experience with retail/merchandising platforms is a plus.
* Strong experience with JIRA and Confluence for story writing and backlog management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail, with a strong sense of accountability.
* Experience working on pilot or MVP initiatives and comfort with ambiguity.
