Job Title: Gen AI Developer
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: W2 Long-term Contract

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Developer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications. This is a long-term W2 contract opportunity with a focus on building scalable, intelligent solutions to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs and other advanced AI/ML techniques.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and integrate AI models into enterprise applications.

  • Fine-tune pre-trained models (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) and build custom pipelines for domain-specific needs.

  • Develop APIs and microservices to expose AI functionalities to business applications.

  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy in production environments.

  • Implement responsible AI practices including security, compliance, and data privacy.

  • Stay updated on emerging AI trends, frameworks, and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.

  • 5+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in AI/ML/Gen AI development.

  • Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

  • Strong knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.), and RAG pipelines.

  • Experience deploying AI/ML models in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
