Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and diffusion-based models. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in AI/ML frameworks, strong software engineering skills, and the ability to architect and lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI applications such as chatbots, copilots, document summarizers, and content generation systems.

  • Fine-tune and customize pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) using domain-specific data.

  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows integrating vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).

  • Build prompt-engineering strategies (prompt chaining, context management, role prompting) for robust model interactions.

  • Develop AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers.

  • Work closely with data engineers and MLOps teams to deploy AI models at scale (on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).

  • Collaborate with product owners to translate business problems into AI solutions and define architecture & implementation roadmaps.

  • Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, compliance, and data privacy standards.

  • Lead and mentor a small team of AI developers/researchers.

  • Keep pace with emerging AI trends and contribute to the organization's AI strategy.
