Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD.

What you'll be doing:
- Build and deploy automation to improve accuracy, defect detection, and repair workflows across customer-facing systems.
- Develop internal tools and pipelines that use AI, NLP, and LLM technologies to modernize how support content and insights are created and maintained.
- Partner with Support Engineers, Product Teams, and AI teams to streamline publishing, QA, and triage workflows at scale.
- Analyze large volumes of customer and system data to identify patterns, address critical issues, and continuously enhance support quality.
- Build Docker or Kubernetes containerized microservices with REST APIs to improve scalability of AI and support systems.
What we need to see:
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience building software or tooling for data, AI, or workflow automation.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with containerization and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with NLP or LLM techniques such as clustering, fine-tuning, and few-shot learning.
- Strong understanding of data analytics methods.
- Experience with modern AI development tools and engineering for workflow acceleration.
