Position Summary:
About the Role:
We are seeking a Generative AI Solutions Lead to join our Home Protection Technology team. This role will drive the adoption of AI/ML capabilities across our business platforms (D365 F&O, Power Platform, Dataverse, and integration layer), with a focus on accelerating process automation, enhancing customer and employee experiences, and optimizing operational costs.
This position bridges business consulting, solution design, and technical enablement, ensuring that AI solutions are not only innovative but also compliant, scalable, and cost-effective. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, hands-on experimenter, and trusted advisor who can partner with product and platform teams, while guiding functional consultants and business stakeholders on how to unlock value with GenAI.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and evolve the AI adoption roadmap for Claims, Enrollment, Digital, and Finance/Operations domains.
- Serve as an internal thought leader on generative AI, LLMs, copilots, and automation opportunities.
- Manage and mentor functional consultants in applying AI to business processes.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Identify high-impact use cases for GenAI (e.g., claims intake automation, knowledge copilots, document summarization, customer interaction assistants).
- Partner with architects to design secure, scalable AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Power Platform copilots, and data pipelines into Dataverse.
- Define functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with licensing, security, and compliance policies.
Experimentation & Enablement
- Run POCs and pilots to test new models, tools, and copilots before scaling.
- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to embed AI testing and monitoring into the SDLC.
- Educate business teams on responsible AI usage, change management, and adoption best practices.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure responsible AI practices including bias monitoring, auditability, and data privacy.
- Partner with Microsoft CSAM and vendors to stay ahead of licensing, storage, and usage policies.
- Track AI ROI through KPIs like license/storage savings, cycle-time reduction, and customer experience impact.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT, product consulting, or solution architecture with exposure to ERP/CRM (D365 F&O preferred).
- 2+ years hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, or cognitive services (Azure OpenAI, GPT, Copilot, Power Platform AI Builder).
- Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Apps, and integration frameworks (APIM, service accounts, data pipelines).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders.
- Knowledge of licensing and cost optimization strategies across Microsoft ecosystem a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into business value stories.
