Job Details
Location- Austin, TX -Onsite to start then Remote
JD:
Should have 10+ years of experience in Design, develop and deploy IVR based on business requirements.
Analyze the business requirements and assist technical leads and Product Owners with defining the acceptance criteria for the features that are being developed.
Hands-on experiencing developing IVR leveraging Genesys Cloud CX Architect tool.
Genesys IVR Developers on Cloud platform along with hands on Java
API knowledge and development exposure
The tech stack is: IVR, Java, HTML, some experience within the Cloud platforms.
Experience with Genesys Routing (Composer/ORS) and Designer
