Global HCM Software Analyst

IMMEDIATE NEW JOB OPENING for a Global HCM Software Analyst to join our team and work for our long-time global client in their Addison office. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop our most important asset, our Team Members. You will be part of the HR Technology team, reporting to the Director, HR Product Technology, and work on projects including large-scale global and regional HR technology projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR technology teams in various projects, such as new implementations, quarterly system upgrades, integrations, or automation initiatives.
  • Assist with Service Now (SNOW) ticketing triaging and managing tier 1 issues.
  • Responsible for working with the security team with user system access to global HR systems including role access provisioning, triaging and resolving issues and liaising with global IT to resolve any issues
  • Collaborate with HRIT and Americas HR teams in supporting the expansion of global HR systems (e.g. Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Payroll) in the America s Region
  • Assist in testing HR technology systems and processes, identifying and reporting any bugs or issues, and working to resolve them.
  • Responsible for coordinating, gathering, entering, and updating Team Member information in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Work closely with Corporate and Hotel HR, Finance, and IT teams to support HR initiatives.
  • Partner with functional owners and make recommendations to business partners for product/process enhancements.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a corporate environment.
  • 1 year experience in HR (common HR transactions), customer service, or a customer-facing role.
  • 1 year experience using Global HCM Applications (preferably Oracle HCM Cloud).
  • 1 year experience working in Service Now (SNOW) or similar ticketing platforms
  • 1 year experience facilitating virtual or in-person training.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of the concept of software development cycles and coding
  • Fluency in Spanish; Portuguese is a not required, but is a plus.
