Description
In this role, you will partner with our engineering and MD team on a few projects and initiatives. You will be involved with the details of various operational work, will help facilitate cross functional meetings, and will be in charge of making sure projects are on track, and project deliveries can happen within the expected timelines. Proactively plan and educate partners to influence change and drive program or project adoption and advocacy. You will build relationships with peers and cross-functional partners to clarify expectations, identify risk and adjust priorities accordingly. You will be responsible for actively keeping managers and key partners informed of progress, changes and risks.

Description

Responsibilities
- You will oversee project schedules, activities, milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work with the stakeholders to identify project priorities and evaluate and rank project priorities against each other
- Compile weekly status updates for management
- Facilitate cross functional collaboration and work across teams to understand dependencies
- Lead the development and implementation of business process improvement strategies and initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and workflows and recommend solutions to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conduct process assessments, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Drive process change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption of new processes.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Tenacious problem solving & issue resolution skills
- Ability to toggle between strategic and detail orientated thinking
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic and rapidly changing environments
- Proven track record of successfully driving and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to understand technical terminology and work with engineering teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Proven project management skills including communication strategy, establishing goals and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and appreciation for data
- Experience working with large datasets
- High degree of proficiency in Excel, Numbers, Keynote
- Experience with Tableau, a plus
- Bachelor of Science in a technical field, or non technical degree with relevant industry experience.
- PMP certificate is a strong plus but is not required.
