Job Role: Global Technical Delivery Manager
Location: NYC Onsite (Need locals only)
Contract : Long Term

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large, multi-year global programs within the IT Services industry, supporting enterprise clients.
- Provide technical leadership for .NET and Cloud Modernization initiatives.
- Act as a Technical Project/Program Manager with end-to-end ownership across multiple engagements.
- Develop detailed program plans, delivery roadmaps, and resource models.
- Manage large global delivery teams (100+ members) across onshore, offshore, and nearshore locations.
- Drive Agile delivery execution across programs and projects.
- Ensure delivery commitments are met within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Establish and track data-driven delivery metrics, KPIs, and executive dashboards.
- Monitor execution and ensure effective task allocation and accountability across teams.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers impacting delivery.
- Communicate clearly with client stakeholders, technical leadership, and business executives.
- Ensure programs meet financial targets, including budget, margin, and revenue goals.
- Manage change control processes for evolving requirements.
- Ensure program governance, documentation, and task tracking systems are accurate and up to date.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of overall experience with a strong technical foundation.
- Extensive experience delivering large programs in the IT Services industry.
- 7 8+ years of hands-on Project/Program Management experience in global delivery models.
- Proven experience managing large-scale programs with 100+ resources.
- Strong technical experience with .NET technologies and Cloud Modernization initiatives.
- Mandatory experience working as a Technical Project/Program Manager on multiple large engagements.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies in enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of modern architectures and technologies:
- Frontend and Backend systems
- Responsive Web Design
- Microservices architecture
- Demonstrated success delivering programs within timeline, budget, and financial targets.
- Strong experience in defining and tracking delivery success metrics.
- Excellent client-facing communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with delivery governance models used in large IT Services organizations.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
