About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Go-to-Market (GTM) Data Analyst to join our team. This role will support Sales and Marketing stakeholders by providing actionable insights enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong SQL Queries expertise, experience working with GTM Sales functions, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM teams (Sales and Marketing : primarily Sales stakeholders ) to identify data needs and deliver insights that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets across multiple sources (CRM, marketing automation, product usage, finance systems).
- Proficient at Explaining business data to technical and non-technical users is required.
- Must have worked in fast paced environments with quick turn around times is preferred.
- Develop matrix and reports to track GTM KPIs such as pipeline generation, funnel conversion, churn/retention, and campaign ROI.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives (e.g., territory planning, lead scoring, cohort analysis, pricing optimization).
- Partner with RevOps and Data Engineering to ensure high-quality, consistent, and reliable GTM data infrastructure.
- Translate business requirements into technical queries and data models that drive executive reporting and operational decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to GTM leadership in a clear and actionable way.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably supporting GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or Growth) with demonstrable experience in working directly with highly demanding Sales business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of GTM and Sales business processes
- Expertise in SQL (window functions, CTEs, subqueries, performance optimization).
- Must have worked in Data warehouse environments closely working with Data and BI engineers.
- Familiarity with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mode).
- Strong understanding of GTM metrics (pipeline, ARR/MRR, churn, funnel conversion, CAC, LTV).
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data and influence stakeholders.
