Akkodis is seeking a Google CCAI Design and Implementation Engineer for a contract with a client in Long Island, NY. Youwill design and implement virtual agents using Dialogflow CX/ES across voice and digital channels, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise contact center platforms.
Rate Range: $53/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Google CCAI Design and Implementation Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Design and develop virtual agents using Dialogflow CX/ES for both voice and digital channels.
- Define and manage NLU models, including intents, entities, and conversation flows to optimize user interactions.
- Build webhook services using Google Cloud Functions or external APIs to support dynamic agent behavior.
- Integrate CCAI solutions with enterprise platforms like Cisco UCCE/PCCE for seamless call handling.
- Configure and maintain SBCs, SIP routing rules, and security policies to ensure optimized voice traffic flow.
- Perform end-to-end validation of call flows and leverage tools like Wireshark and CCAI Insights for performance tuning and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years in contact center engineering, with at least 2 years in CCAI design and implementation.
- Proven experience in building virtual agents using Dialogflow CX/ES and integrating with platforms like Cisco UCCE/PCCE.
- Strong expertise in configuring and maintaining SBCs, SIP routing, and using tools like Wireshark and CCAI Insights for performance tuning.
