Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
  • Architect and build complex conversational flows, intent recognition, and entity extraction models.
  • Integrate Dialogflow with various backend systems and APIs to create seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in conversational AI and machine learning to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices for Dialogflow development.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of conversational AI projects, from ideation to production and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on conversational AI technologies.
  • Extensive experience with Google Dialogflow, including Dialogflow ES and Dialogflow CX.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex conversational flows and natural language understanding (NLU) models.
  • Solid programming skills in languages such as Python or Node.js.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and backend integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other conversational AI platforms like Amazon Lex or Microsoft Bot Framework.
  • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in conversational AI.
  • Familiarity with contact center technologies and platforms.
